About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance the Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM) capability within ServiceNow.
This is a hands‑on development role focused on building and maintaining controls-based automation and evidence collection workflows within the IRM/GRC modules.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow CAM and IRM/GRC functionality to support automated monitoring of IT security controls
- Build and enhance controls automation solutions , including automated evidence collection, testing workflows, and compliance reporting
- Proven background in developing controls automation within ServiceNow (workflows, automated evidence gathering, integrations)
- Transparent understanding of core ServiceNow platform principles , including:
- referential integrity
- data relationships
- integrations between tables and modules
