Due to continued growth and internal promotions, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in North Melbourne.

The Role

We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior-level Project Manager with experience delivering Commercial, Health, Aged Care, Government, Council, Sports and Industrial builds, with projects values ranging $5M to $30M+ in value.





Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful completion
- Lead project teams and liaise with key stakeholders
- Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations
- Identify and mitigate project risks

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects in the $5M – $30M+ range
- Strong background in government, council, healthcare, sports, or commercial projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
