love.fish is a well-established, 175-seat waterfront Australian seafood restaurant located in the sought-after dining precinct of Barangaroo, overlooking Sydney Harbour and Crown.

With a focus on showcasing Australian produce and serving sustainable seafood in a beautiful waterfront setting with friendly, attentive service, love.fish has found great success in the Barangaroo precinct.

We are seeking a candidate to help oversee the day-to-day supervision of our bar and restaurant — someone who understands the importance of our core concepts of value, provenance and service.

About the role

Joining a supportive team, the role of Bar Supervisor or Experienced Bartender is to assist with the smooth running of our venue and to ensure the delivery of quality service to each and every guest.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Supervising and directing bar service during fast-paced, high-volume trade

- A floor-based role, working closely and openly as part of a team

- Maintaining beverage quality, presentation and consistency across the drinks list

- A strong focus on consistent, quality customer service

About you

Are you an experienced hospitality bartender or bar supervisor with a positive, can-do attitude? This is a highly visible, engaging role, and we're looking for someone passionate about delivering an exceptional guest dining experience.

- 1+ years' experience in a high-volume, quality restaurant or bar

- Positive engagement with your team, the kitchen and our guests

- The ability to work under pressure, calmly and professionally

- The ability to share your knowledge, motivate and inspire your team

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
