Your new role
You will report directly to the head of this Investment Funds Management practice, with the largest return/hedge fund legal practice. You do not need funds experience, but you will need robust academics.
Specialise in wholesale funds and funds management, private M&A;, joint ventures, government projects and contracts, infrastructure and energy investment, privatisations, commercial contracts and corporate law advice generally.
