About the Role

In this role, you’ll design, develop and deliver learning solutions that build capability and support business priorities. From leadership development and early career programs to technical learning and compliance initiatives, you’ll partner with stakeholders and technical experts to create practical learning experiences that enhance performance and enable success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design and deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions, capability frameworks and career development initiatives that build leadership capability and support future business needs;
- Partner with legal and business leaders to identify capability requirements, establish learning priorities and support CPD and ongoing professional development pathways;
- Lead the design and delivery of graduate, clerkship, onboarding and early career programs that build capability aligned to future workforce needs;
- Develop and maintain mandatory compliance learning programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organisational standards;
- Collaborate with leaders and technical experts to identify learning needs and deliver solutions aligned to business strategy and operational priorities;
- Create and facilitate engaging blended learning solutions, resources and programs across digital, virtual and face-to-face environments, translating complex concepts into practical learning experiences;




- Manage learning technologies and LMS functionality to support delivery, reporting, compliance tracking and data-driven insights; and
- Measure learning effectiveness and capability outcomes, using feedback and data to enhance programs and drive continuous improvement.

About You

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and / or tertiary qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, Psychology, Business or related discipline desirable;
- Experience in learning and development, capability building or adult learning, with knowledge of instructional design principles;
- Ability to design and deliver engaging blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face environments;
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver outcomes;
- Professional services experience desirable, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning solutions;
- Proficiency with learning technologies, including LMS platforms, Articulate tools and emerging AI-enabled solutions;
- Strong facilitation, project management, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels; and

Analytical, adaptable and detail-focused, with the ability to identify learning needs, recommend solutions and drive continuous improvement.
