ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team and store team

- Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendering to retail operations

- Works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):

o Helpdesk

o Request

o Store projects

- Provides scheduled 5 days per week in office services covering store operations in Melbourne, Australia.

- Working Hours : 0900 AM ~ 1800 PM, Monday to Friday

- IT devices deployment as required by end customer

- Maintains IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle.

- Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

- Sound knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations in luxury industry

- Customer centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Good communication skill in both spoken and written English.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Higher diploma in IT (or computing related discipline) or above

- 1~2 years experiences in IT support with luxury retail preferred
