Experienced Handy Person or Carpenter required for immediate start

Your new company

A highly regarded facilities maintenance company have an immediate requirement for an experienced maintenance Handy Person to join their team, where you will be servicing A Grade sites in and around Sydney's CBD.

Your new role

As a Handy Person, you will be responsible for delivering all‑round reactive and preventative maintenance across multiple client sites. The role is predominantly field‑based and suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and customer service.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
General building maintenance

Basic carpentry repairs, adjustments, and installations
Minor plumbing repairs (non‑licensed works)
Replacing lamps and fittings
Painting, patching, and minor finishing works
General site maintenance and defect rectification
Liaising professionally with clients and tenants
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors where required
Completing basic job reporting and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:





Proven experience in all‑round maintenance or maintenance carpentry
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
Basic computer skills for reporting and job updates
A proactive, reliable, and skilled attitude
No previous criminal convictions
