You will be a Defendant Personal Injury Lawyer at the 2-4 year level who enjoys public and product liability, and personal injury defence work.

Your new role

Will see you join the Australian offices (Sydney or Newcastle) of this global firm that specialises in insurance and disputes, risk, employment, safety and construction servicing government and corporate clients across multiple sectors. Team service standards are at the heart of this firm with good quality work.

Advise and defend public and product liability claims, policy interpretation, and coverage advice. Represent a wide range of insurers and corporates, in claims arising from personal injury in a diverse range of industries, including construction (ie worker to worker claims), hospitality and security, leisure, retail,



education, property owners, cleaners, and waste management.
