You will be a Corporate M&A; Lawyer at Associate level.
Your new role
Will see you working closely with two partners. One is the National Head of this Group and advises on complex transactions across mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and commercial law.
Your practice will span corporate restructures, disposals, and capital raisings, as well as commercial contracting, outsourcing, and governance. Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to boards, senior executives, and business owners across a wide range of industries including health, automotive, technology, and financial services.
