You will be a Workers' Compensation Lawyer at the Associate level or Senior Associate level (Defendant or Plaintiff experience).
Your new role
Will see you working closely with two partners and 4 para-legals, undertaking a mix of workers' compensation (75%) and work injury damages (25%). You can also be involved in a Queensland and Canberra practice.
Provide advice on liability, quantum and claims strategies, including psychological claims (with the new changes at Regulation stage).
