Parklands Little Learners is a newly established Early Childhood Education and Care service (opened March 2024), owned and operated by Parklands Christian College. Our purpose-built, modern, and fully air-conditioned service provides high-quality education and care for children from 6 weeks to school age.

Our learning environments are intentionally designed with nature-inspired outdoor spaces and engaging indoor settings that spark curiosity, wonder, and a lifelong love of learning.

About the Role

This is a casual, on-call position. It offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners within a supportive, faith-based environment. You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences, support children’s wellbeing, and collaborate with a committed and caring team while modelling Christian values in your practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences

- Foster positive, respectful relationships with children and families

- Collaborate with a passionate and supportive team





- Ensure compliance with child safety regulations and service policies

- Support and uphold the Christian ethos of the service

Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to design and implement engaging learning programs

- Commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and best practice

- Australian permanent residency or citizenship

- Active Christian faith aligned with the College’s Statement of Faith and participation in a Christian church community

- Commitment to modelling Christian character and values in qualified practice
