• Has knowledge of the dog grooming industry and what's expected

• Has experience OR is willing to learn and be trained to become a professional groomer

• Understands the physical and mental demands of grooming

• Can stay calm and professional - even with challenging dogs

• Takes pride in their work and wants to keep improving

• Has a strong focus on quality + care

• Wants to be part of a supportive, grounded team environment
