We're a well established facilities management company looking after premium commercial, retail and residential property across Sydney's eastern suburbs. Our clients expect their buildings kept immaculate. These permanent roles are based around Double Bay, Rose Bay and Rushcutters Bay, and we're hiring positive operators to run them.

You'll run your own portfolio. That covers the maintenance program, the contractors, compliance and budgets. You'll also oversee office and retail fitout works across the portfolio to make sure they're done properly and comply. You won't be project managing the builders yourself, but you'll need to know fitouts well enough to hold the works to the right standard. A working knowledge of residential helps, since the portfolios span all three.

What you'll be doing

Running the day to day operations of a high end mixed portfolio. That means planned and reactive maintenance, contractor and trades management, building compliance and essential services, budgets and outgoings, and keeping tenants and owners satisfied. You'll also oversee fitout works across the portfolio. That covers reviewing scope, coordinating access and trading hours, and making sure tenants' and contractors' works comply with building standards, safety and base building requirements.



You're the one making sure it's done right. You're not the one running the builder's program.

Who we're looking for

You've managed commercial or retail property. You understand fitouts and refurbishments well enough to oversee them and spot what's not right, even though you won't be managing the projects yourself. You're organised, calm under competing demands and hands on. You present and communicate well, because you'll represent us in front of discerning tenants and owners. Some residential exposure is a bonus, not a dealbreaker.
