About the Role

As a Commercial Shopfitting Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial fit-out projects from planning through to completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple commercial restaurant and retail fit-out projects from start to finish.

- Provide weekly project progress reports to the Project Director

- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and schedules.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.

- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.





- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial shopfitting or fit-out industry.

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience delivering large-scale restaurant and retail fit-out projects.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and cost control.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.

- Mandarin language skills are preferred to support communication with a diverse client base and project stakeholders.
