You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and recruitment to HR advisory, reporting, projects and process improvement, while partnering with leaders to deliver a high quality employee experience.
This role is ideal for an organised and proactive HR professional looking to develop their skills, gain hands on experience and continue building their HR career.
Your Role:
- Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and employee changes.
- Provide HR support to managers and employees.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and hiring activities.
- Support HR reporting, compliance activities and process improvements.
- Coordinate employee benefits, leave processes and HR initiatives.
- Partner with the wider business to deliver a HR service
About You:
- Previous experience in an HR admin/coordinator or similar HR role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Experience supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
