The Opportunity

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Penrith store, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead this new chapter.

This is a unique opportunity to rebuild, shape, and lead a high-performing team at our Penrith location, setting the standard for customer experience and store success.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your Role

As a leader in our new Penrith store, you will:

-Take ownership of the store’s success

-Recruit, develop,



and inspire a strong and motivated team

-Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and trust

-Drive sales performance and exceed targets

-Oversee all operational and administrative functions

-Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

-Lead by example and foster a positive, high-energy team culture

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

-Proven experience in a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager role

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop teams

-A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

-A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets

-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

-Jewellery experience is not essential; we provide on floor training.
