West Technology have been exclusively engaged to recruit an IT Project Manager for an Australian industrial products business that is part of a global group that is headquartered in North America.
About your new role
Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, with a dotted line to the Business Applications Manager, this role will play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new ERP platform (Pronto XI).
The core accountabilities for this role include:
- Own and drive the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through to go-live and post-implementation review.
- Engage with business stakeholders across the business to determine business requirements.
- Facilitate project governance including steering committee reporting, status updates, and escalation management.
- Act as the key contact for all project queries and manage communication with project sponsors, IT, finance and end user stakeholders.
- Prepare reporting on project milestones, outcomes, financial performance & ROI / Benefit realisation.
- Manage vendor & third party relationships in a way that promote transparency and drives accountability
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the project plan.
- Design and oversee a business readiness programme including training needs analysis, training delivery, and end-user support.
About You!
- Will hold an Technology related qualification combined with a project management certification (PMBOK, Prince2, PMP or similar).
- You are an experienced IT project Manager with broad experience across project delivery and change management.
- You are proven at delivering mid-tier ERP implementations incorporating supply chain / inventory / sales. (Pronto experience will be highly regarded).
- Interpersonally, you are a strong communicator who brings commercial acumen to your role. You are assertive, highly organised and have the proven ability to deliver your projects on time and budget.
