Your Key Responsibilities

- Chairside Assisting: Supporting Dr Caitlin Oakley and other operators as we grow across general, preventative and restorative procedures, surgery setup, infection control and sterilization.

- Front Desk Excellence: Greeting patients, appointment scheduling, phone/email inquiries and managing patient flow.

- Administration & Billing: Processing HICAPS,



EFTPOS payment, lab work coordination and managing OASIS records.

- Marketing & Social Media Option (Bonus!): Helping showcase our practice through social media content and brand promotion.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of dental assisting and dental reception experience in Australia (OASIS experience highly regarded).

- Warm & Engageable Personality: A high-energy, cheerful team player who genuinely loves engaging with people, making every patient feel welcomed, valued and at ease.

- Skills & Attributes: Exceptional communication, a caring attitude and outstanding organizational skills

- Bonus Advantage: Candidates with a interest or passion for social media, marketing and business growth will be highly regarded!
