About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Lawyer to join our team at Sizo Legal Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal practitioner to contribute to our firm's continued success whilst developing expertise across multiple areas of legal practice. As a Lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive legal services to our clients, in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse matters and build a well-rounded legal practice.

Key responsibilities

- Provide general legal advice and services across a range of practice areas to clients

- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and agreements

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and firm initiatives

- Manage client relationships professionally and maintain regular communication regarding matters and progress

- Prepare legal correspondence, memoranda and other documentation

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal templates and precedents





- Attend to compliance matters and ensure adherence to professional obligations and firm policies

- Collaborate with colleagues to support the delivery of legal services and share knowledge across the firm

- Participate in professional development and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives

What we're looking for

- Admission as a Lawyer in Western Australia or eligibility to apply for admission

- Solid understanding of general legal practice and experience across multiple areas of law

- Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly

- Excellent research and analytical abilities

- Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple matters effectively

- Professional judgment and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- A commitment to client service and professional excellence

- Willingness to develop expertise across diverse areas of law

- Relevant post-admission legal experience is advantageous
