The Position

This is a Full Time (38 hours per week) Co-Manager position at our busy Kenmore Salon.

Full Training Provided in Goldwell, Kerastase, and Leadership.

This position still enables you to work full-time on the floor looking after your guests, with weekly management times allocated to lead and inspire your team of Seniors and Apprentices.

Wages

- Potential earnings of up to $20,000 per year with commission.

- Reliability - Wages Paid Weekly and Commissions Paid WEEKLY and Super Paid on time, every time.

- We have a Master Stylist structure that over time will continue your pay rise journey.

The Company

- 18 newly renovated salons across Brisbane and the Gold Coast

- We only use premium products including Goldwell, Kerastase, Showpony, Olaplex and GHD

- Our people are our priority, we are family-owned (we are not a franchise).

Your Role

- This is a Full time role, 38 hours per week

- Every 6th Saturday off

- We are closed every Sunday

- Consistent rostering,



completed 6 months in advance

- On the job training provided for all team members

Training

- Our people are our priority, with customised training plans for every team member

- All training is completed during daytime salon time (no night time training)

- We cover all hair education costs

- Our team train with the Goldwell Academy, Kerastase Academy and have our very own Academy at Ascot

- We’re proud to have the most Goldwell MasterColorists than any other Salon

Opportunities

- Backstage opportunities across major fashion events

- Photoshoots, in-house and magazines including Style Magazine

- Competitions – should you choose to compete in industry competitions, we’ll pay the cost of a photographer and models, all completed in usual working hours

- Affiliation with Charities – we volunteer our services to support those less fortunate in the community by doing haircuts every Friday fortnight, and we work closely with Women's Legal Service to support women and children affected by Domestic Violence.
