ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Full-Time experienced Property Stylist with 1–2 years' experience working within a property styling company to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is adaptable, proactive and willing to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. From curating furniture selections in our warehouse to leading installations onsite, you'll play a key role in ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard.

Working in a fast-paced workplace, you'll need to be physically capable,



highly organised and able to think on your feet. Every day is different, and you'll enjoy balancing creativity with efficiency while working across multiple projects.

THE ROLE

As a Property Stylist, you'll be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the Styling Team Leader to curate and design styling concepts tailored to each property's architecture, target buyer and campaign.

- Selecting, packing and preparing furniture, artwork, accessories and linen for installations.

- Leading onsite styling installations, ensuring every home is completed to LUMA's exceptional standards, on time and with meticulous attention to detail.

- Working collaboratively with the warehouse and styling teams to ensure installations and collections run smoothly.

- Maintaining the presentation and organisation of styling inventory and accessories.

- Delivering outstanding customer service while representing the LUMA brand with professionalism and pride.

- Assisting with warehouse organisation and other general duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To be successful in this role you'll have:

- A minimum of 1–2 years' experience working as a Property Stylist within a property styling company (essential).





- A qualification in Interior Design or Interior Decoration (highly regarded).

- A current, open Australian Driver's Licence.

- A genuine passion for interiors, styling and design.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for scale, balance and presentation.

- The ability to work within a high-pressure environment across multiple competing projects and deadlines.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.

- The confidence to solve problems and work independently when required.

- Resourcefulness, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Physical fitness and the ability to safely undertake the manual aspects of the role.

- A professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
