This role is based in our Launceston Design Studio. The role will be part-time with the opportunity to go full-time for the right candidate.
Moolk is an Australian women’s fashion brand made for motherhood, helping women feel confident, comfortable and themselves through breastfeeding and beyond. We’re a small, fast-paced team, and our content is at the heart of how we connect with our community and grow the brand.
We’re looking for a talented, fast-working Visual Content Producer to create the video and photo content that powers our paid advertising. This is a hands-on production role for someone who loves being behind the camera and in the edit, turning briefs into scroll-stopping content, at volume, without dropping quality.
You’ll work closely with our paid marketing lead and the brand owner, who both set the creative direction and strategy. Your focus is execution: bringing those ideas to life beautifully and quickly. Our advertising output is set to grow significantly over the coming months, so we need someone who can deliver consistent, high-quality creative on time, every week.
What you’ll do:
- Film content: shoot high-quality short-form content (including short-form video, GIFs, stop motions, flat lays, graphics and more) for Meta advertising, both in-studio and on location.
- Edit content: cut, edit and polish that footage into a high volume of ad-ready creative, delivered on time to our paid marketing lead for uploading to the ad account.
- Deliver at volume: keep a steady, reliable flow of fresh creative as our advertising scales. Quality and turnaround both matter.
- Create variety:
produce a wide range of creative angles and formats so we always have plenty to test and broaden creative diversity.
- Run micro-shoots: host small, relaxed shoots where local mums come in and we capture authentic, UGC-style content in-house which you then edit.
- Source local talent: help find local mums and creators to feature in that content, so our creative feels real and relatable.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new content ideas.
- Keep it organised: manage and label your files so everything is easy to find and implement.
About you:
- A natural content creator with a genuine feel for what stops the scroll. You understand trends, formats and what makes social content work, because you live it.
- You can film high-quality, on-trend content on an iPhone or other setup like DSLR (not a requirement).
- You understand creative content diversity is key to Meta ads success.
- Confident editing video in your editing program of choice (CapCut, Instagram edits, Premiere Pro or similar). We don’t mind how you get the edit done, just do it with speed, taste and a creative eye.
- You can produce a high volume of quality content to deadline without diluting the strategic messaging.
- Happy taking direction and bringing someone else’s creative brief to life.
- Organised, dependable, and easy to work with in a small close-knit team.
- Comfortable working in-person at our Launceston studio.
- Bonus points: experience creating content for a fashion, lifestyle or motherhood brand; confidence directing people on camera and making first-time subjects (like our mum community) feel at ease; DSLR skills. None of these are required, they’re the cherry on top.
Why you’ll love it:
- A genuinely creative, hands-on role in a creative design studio, not a desk job.
- Real variety: filming, editing, studio shoots, on-location shoots, working with our community.
- Focus on making content you’re great at, on your phone, and bringing ideas to life!
- Join a small Australian brand with a warm, supportive community and team.
Qualifications & experience:
Years of experience is flexible - skills and confidence in using social media platforms and iPhone editing tools/apps are more important to us than linear years of professional experience.
To apply:
Send us your TikTok and/or Instagram handle (or a few videos you’ve made) so we can see your content in action - this is the most significant part of your application. Include a short cover letter about yourself (let your personality shine!) along with your CV, to ••••@moolkshop.com.au by Friday 21 August 2026.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications without a portfolio and cover letter will not be considered for this role.
If you live and breathe all things content creation, we’d love to hear from you.
