About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our reach within the residential building market.

You’ll play a key role in identifying new business, building long-term partnerships, and driving growth across the QLD region.

This is a hands-on role with genuine autonomy, you’ll have the freedom to shape your territory and strategy, backed by a local team.

Key responsibilities

- Identify new business leads, converting into new business opportunities with residential builders in QLD.

- Build and manage sustainable client relationships, ensuring long term growth.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.

About you





You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a clear understanding of how residential builders operate. You’re equally comfortable on-site or in the office setting, and you take pride in delivering real results.

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction or building materials industry.

- Experience with HVAC, solar, insulation and/or heat pumps highly desirable

- Strong network of residential builders across Brisbane and the surrounds.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
