Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a supportive, high-performing real estate team? We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional who can confidently manage a residential property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a residential property portfolio from lease commencement through to vacate.
- Conduct open homes, private inspections, routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports.
- Process tenancy applications, lease renewals, bond lodgements, and tenancy sign-ups.
- Manage rent arrears, issue legislative notices, and attend tribunal hearings when required.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Handle tenancy disputes, insurance claims, and provide expert advice to property owners.
- Prepare tenancy documentation and maintain accurate records in property management software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation.
- Identify opportunities to grow the property management portfolio.
- Support the wider property management team and contribute to continuous process improvement.





What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in residential property management.
- Strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent), current driver's licence, and reliable vehicle.
