About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Floor/Waitstaff member to join our team. You'll be the face of our café, providing friendly and attentive service, ensuring every customer has a great experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. If you're energetic, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Welcome and seat customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring excellent presentation
- Provide attentive table service and anticipate customer needs
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area
- Process cash and EFTPOS payments accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the café




- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality workplace preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Current RSA and/or Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays
