Support Workers Wanted — Join the TIDE Team

TIDE Care Collective Pty Ltd is seeking reliable, compassionate and adaptable support workers to join our growing team across the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and surrounding regions.

This is a diverse role suited to workers who enjoy variety and are willing to provide practical, respectful support based on each client’s individual needs.

The Role

Successful applicants may provide:

- Community access and social support
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Domestic assistance and household cleaning
- Shopping, appointments and community participation
- Meal preparation and general household support
- Respite and companionship
- Accurate shift notes and service documentation
- Scope for admin work for the right person

What We Are Looking For

Reliability is essential. Our clients depend on consistent workers who arrive on time, communicate professionally and follow through on their commitments.

Applicants must be:

- Dependable, punctual and organised
- Respectful, compassionate and person-centred
- Comfortable completing both support work and cleaning duties
- Able to work independently and use sound judgement
- Confident supporting clients from diverse backgrounds
- Willing to follow care plans, workplace policies and reasonable directions
- Able to maintain qualified boundaries and confidentiality
- Capable of completing clear and accurate shift documentation
- Available for a mixture of weekday,



weekend or community-access shifts

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain:

- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check where required
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian driver licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- NDIS Mandatory Module
- Evidence of relevant qualifications or experience
- Current work rights in Australia

Experience in disability support, aged care, community care, mental health, personal care, domestic assistance or cleaning is highly regarded.
