We are looking for an energetic, reliable Cafe Cook to join our busy kitchen team and help us deliver a fantastic experience to our customers.Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and plate breakfast and lunch menu items quickly and accurately to order.
- Prep & Inventory: Chop vegetables, portion proteins, slice meats, and monitor stock levels to minimize food waste.
- Food Safety: Maintain top-tier hygiene standards, clean workstations continuously, and complete daily food safety logs.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and handle dietary adjustments.
- Kitchen Upkeep: Assist with washing dishes, deep cleaning kitchen equipment, and organizing storage areas.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience:



Proven experience working as a cook in a quick-paced cafe or restaurant environment.
- Qualifications: Trade qualified (e.g., Certificate III in Commercial Cookery) or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- Certifications: A current Food Safety Supervisor certificate or Food Handler certificate.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, speed, accuracy, and a deep understanding of food hygiene practices.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekend shifts, early mornings, and public holidays.
