CMTL Group is seeking experienced Civil Construction Workers to join our growing team across multiple projects in South East Queensland, with FIFO and DIDO opportunities commencing soon.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals across a range of disciplines who are committed to delivering quality work and being part of a professional team.

Whether you're a Plant Operator, Pipelayer, FRP Formworker, Concreter, Labourer, Leading Hand or Supervisor, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out civil construction works safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret plans and project specifications where required.
- Operate plant and equipment (where licensed and competent).
- Install underground services, construct concrete structures, or perform earthworks depending on your trade.
- Work effectively within a team to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and quality.
- Complete daily pre-starts, inspections and required documentation.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in civil construction.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and motivated.
- White Card (Essential).
- Current Driver's Licence preferred.
- Relevant machinery tickets, VOCs or trade qualifications highly regarded.

Pay: $40.00 – $100.00 per hour
