Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

GMW is delivering a major CRM & Billing transformation that will modernise how we manage customer information, customer interactions and service delivery across Northern Victoria.

Based in Tatura we're seeking an experienced Project Lead (CRM) to provide CRM leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors and project teams, you'll help design and deliver customer-focused solutions that improve customer experience, data quality and operational outcomes.

What you'll do

- Lead CRM requirements, process design and solution assurance.
- Shape future customer journeys, service requests, complaints and customer interactions.
- Support testing, data migration and go-live activities.
- Ensure CRM outcomes align with customer, operational and compliance requirements.
- Work across CRM and Billing teams to deliver an integrated customer solution.
- Contribute to delivery in an agile and team-oriented project environment.

What you'll bring

- Experience delivering CRM-related outcomes within major business or technology projects.




- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with customer data, process improvement and system implementation.
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Infor, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or similar solutions.
- Experience working within agile, hybrid agile or iterative delivery environments.
