Are you an Accredited Exercise Physiologist looking to grow or relocate your private practice within a high-quality, high-traffic facility?

Club Lime, part of Viva Leisure (ASX: VVA), is seeking professional, motivated AEPs to operate their businesses within our modern, fully equipped gym environments.

This is not an employment role. It’s an opportunity to run your own Exercise Physiology practice within a thriving club, surrounded by members and supported by an experienced fitness leadership team.

This licence opportunity is designed for long-term business growth. As your client base and referral network expand, there is potential to scale beyond a solo practice — including the ability to engage additional practitioners under your business within your Home Club or other Viva Leisure locations (subject to agreement). For the right candidate,



this creates a pathway to establish and lead a small allied health team operating from a premium facility, while maintaining full ownership and control of your practice.

What You’ll Bring

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) – ESSA
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant insurance cover
- Working With Vulnerable People (or equivalent)
- Professional communication skills
- A proactive approach to building and managing your own client base
