Casual staff wanted for a busy takeaway sushi shop located just off the M1, Exit 75. We are a small, friendly team looking for someone with both kitchen and customer service experience who can confidently help close the shop at the end of the day, including cleaning, pack-down, and end-of-day procedures.

About the role

- Approx. 15–30 hours per week (casual)
- Work is in person at our takeaway sushi shop
- Trading hours:
- Mon–Wed: 8:00 am–4:00 pm
- Thu–Fri: 8:00 am–4:00 pm and 5:00 pm–9:00 pm
- Sat: 8:30 am–3:30 pm

What we are looking for

- Experience closing a shop at the end of the day (cleaning, packing up, basic end-of-day tasks)
- Kitchen prep experience, especially chopping vegetables and basic sushi/food preparation
- Solid customer service skills and clear communication
- Positive attitude, reliable, and a good team player
- Must have own car (location is not convenient for public transport)
