Earlyhood Executive are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join our clients growing NFP Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team in the Northern Beaches.

This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll work closely with operational leaders to ensure every service delivers outstanding care while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across our OSHC portfolio.

You will coach and mentor educators , support the large service through assessment and audit processes, and ensure our operations consistently meet the requirements of the National Quality Framework.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead quality improvement initiatives across a large OSHC service
- Conduct compliance audits and service reviews.
- Support services in achieving and exceeding the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Develop and review Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and implement best practice.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Service Leaders and leadership teams.
- Investigate incidents, complaints and compliance matters.
- Develop policies, procedures and operational resources.
- Analyse compliance data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare services for Assessment & Rating visits.
- Deliver compliance training and professional development.




- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and child safety.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Compliance or Operations leadership role within OSHC or Early Childhood Education.
- Strong knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard (NQS) and My Time, Our Place Framework.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing quality improvement strategies.
- Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders across multiple services.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver's licence with the ability to travel between services.
