The team at Flexiforce are seeking an experienced and motivated Daytime Team Leader for a well-established Manufacturing & Distribution Company based in Revesby, NSW.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The successful applicant will play a key role in supervising the essential day-to-day running of the business within the warehouse, incl. Pick/Pack and Forklift Operations, as well as ERP/WMS systems use.

Work Hours:

- 6:00am – 2:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Location: Revesby NSW

Main Duties Include:

- Leading and supervising a small warehouse team
- Overseeing daily pick, pack and dispatch operations
- Allocating work and monitoring workflow to meet daily deadlines
- Operating ERP/WMS systems for stock movements, reporting and order processing
- Conducting quality checks and maintaining high safety standards
- Operating forklifts,



including loading/unloading and stock replenishment
- Training and supporting new team members
- Completing daily reporting and liaising with Warehouse Management

Main Criteria:

- Previous experience in warehouse pick/pack and dispatch operations
- Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Current LF Forklift Licence (High Reach experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
