Chef de Partie – Full-Time | $67,000–$72,000 + Super | Rowville

Eating House Rowville is seeking an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

We are a busy, long-established modern brasserie serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, alongside functions and catering. This role suits a capable chef who works well under pressure, takes pride in consistency and can confidently manage their own section.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Running your section during busy services
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistent standard
- Completing daily mise en place and section preparation
- Maintaining portion control and reducing waste
- Following food safety, cleaning and kitchen procedures
- Supporting junior chefs, cooks and kitchen hands
- Communicating clearly with senior chefs and the wider team
- Assisting across sections when required

About You

You will have:

- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy commercial kitchen
- Confidence working independently during service
- Robust preparation,



organisation and time-management skills
- High standards for food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- A calm and reliable approach during busy periods
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
- A relevant commercial cookery qualification preferred
