About the Role:
PartnerNCare is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. Location: Fairfield, Victoria and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
- Support participants to develop life skills and increase their independence.
- Encourage community participation and social inclusion.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with participants and their families.
- Assist participants in achieving their NDIS goals.
- Safely operate and assist with mobile hoist transfers (experience is essential).
- Deliver support in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Previous experience working in the disability support sector.
- Certificate IV in Disability or Certificate IV in Individual Support.
- Experience using a mobile/manual hoist (essential).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, or National Police Check.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Completion of the NDIS Infection Prevention and Control Module.
- Manual handling/hoist training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support.
- Evidence of current vaccination requirements, where applicable.
