We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our busy café team for an immediate start.
About the Role
Working in a rapid-paced hospital café, you willprepare high-quality coffee and beverageswhile delivering outstanding customer service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based coffees and beverages.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Operate commercial coffee equipment with confidence.
- Handle POS transactions and cash.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safework environment.
- Assist with food preparation and display as required.
- Work collaboratively with the café team during busy service periods.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction,
milktexturing, and latte art.
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
- Excellent communication and customer serviceskills.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekdays, and weekends if required.
- Food Safety and Barista certifications aredesirable but not essential.
