Commercial Cleaner (Full-time) – Carole Park

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will deliver high-quality cleaning services within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, helping to maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming site. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, with all cleaning completed in accordance with client SOPs and site procedures. All training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond to requests as required
- Complete general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, scrubbing, mopping and vacuuming
- Clean public areas, meal rooms, offices and amenities (including bathrooms)
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces
- Respond to spills and complete spot cleaning as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, buffers, high-pressure washers, scrubbers and floor sweepers




- Use safe manual handling techniques when lifting and moving equipment
- Restock consumables and cleaning supplies as required
- Collect and remove rubbish and maintain waste areas
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and in line with site procedures
- Communicate clearly and proactively manage stakeholder expectations

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous commercial cleaning experience (experience in regulated environments highly regarded)
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
- Good knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment and hygiene standards
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) experience or training (highly desirable)
- Willingness to follow client SOPs and complete required training
- Due to site location, must have own transport
- Transparent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A National Criminal History Check (issued within the last three months)
