Hourly Rate: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) + Superannuation

Availability Required: Monday to Sunday (Day shifts) + occasional sleepover shifts
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to an NDIS participant. This role focuses on promoting independence, community participation, and assisting with daily living skills in a respectful home environment.
We are specifically looking for a support worker who brings life experience, emotional maturity, a calm demeanor, and strong communication skills to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with daily living tasks, household organization, and meal preparation.
* Must have an experience in dealing with Behaviours and Epilepsy.
* Providing transport and support for community participation, appointments, and social activities.
* Delivering skill-building assistance to support the participant’s independence and NDIS goals.
* Providing overnight care during scheduled sleepover shifts.
* Maintaining explicit, accurate daily case notes and documentation.
* Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must hold or be willing to immediately obtain the following:
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or a valid Working with Vulnerable People/WWVP card).
* National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (Quality, Safety and You).
* Infection Control Training certificate.
