At Mototech Automotive we are a family run business operating for over 18 years with a loyal customer data base, providing a wide range of services and repairs to all light vehicles from logbook services, fleet work, suspension, brakes and general repairs. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Enoggera, QLD. This full time role is an exciting opportunity to work within aleading automotive repairer, who is part of the Repco Authorised Service network.
What you'll be doing
· Performing routine maintenance and servicing tasks on light vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections and repairs, suspension work and tyre rotations
· Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with vehicle systems and components, and carrying out necessary repairs
· Test driving vehicles to ensure all repairs and maintenance have been completed to a high standard
· Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work performed
· The ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines
· Ensuring efficient workplace health and safety protocols are delivered at a high standard.
What we're looking for
· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic, preferably in a workshop environment
· Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a driven team environment
· A valid driver's licence and your own tools
