About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the centre's success by:

Leading and Inspiring Your Team

- Building a positive and collaborative culture
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing educators
- Supporting continuous growth and professional excellence

Driving Operational Excellence

- Managing daily centre operations
- Achieving occupancy, financial, and compliance goals
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Delivering Quality Outcomes

- Guiding the team towards Meeting and Exceeding National Quality Standards
- Maintaining a robust focus on child safety and educational excellence
- Embedding Affinity's Lifelong Learning Curriculum into practice

Building Community Connections

- Creating meaningful relationships with families
- Developing local partnerships and community engagement initiatives
- Supporting enrolment growth and building the centre's reputation

About You

We're looking for a confident and people-focused leader who brings:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role

✔ Current Working with Children Check

✔ Strong business acumen with experience achieving occupancy and performance targets





✔ Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements

✔ A passion for developing teams and creating positive outcomes for children and families
