About the role

Join a team in unique environment using your customer service and administration skills in pet aftercare, where you will excel providing and delivering empathetic support to our clients to honour their pets.

InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, Current Zealand and Singapore and growing.

What you’ll be doing

Duties of a Client Care Coordinator:

- Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy

- Manage client enquiries across various platforms

- Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery

- Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy

- Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards

- Manage client payments across multiple platforms

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information

About you

- Exceptional customer service skills, you are an effective and clear communicator

- Intermediate Microsoft suit experience

- Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment





- An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner – when required

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

- Looking for professional with exceptional resilience
