Female Weekend NDIS Support Worker – Campbelltown

Concrete Schoolyard is seeking a reliable and experienced female support worker for weekend shifts with a male participant in Campbelltown.

This is a client with complex behaviours, and psychosocial disability and addiction experience is essential. Clear spoken and written English is also essential due to the participant’s communication and support needs.

The role involves practical support with community access, daily living, appointments, housing stability and maintaining a positive routine. The participant requires someone calm, confident, non-judgmental and able to maintain clear professional boundaries.

Shifts

- Saturday and Sunday

- Approximately 6-hour daytime shifts





- Some flexibility with start and finish times depending on the participant’s routine and the working relationship

Contractor rates, including super

- Saturday: $73 per hour

- Sunday: $97 per hour

Requirements

- ABN

- Public liability and qualified indemnity insurance

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Police Check

- First Aid and CPR

- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
