Since our establishment in 2012, our primary objective has been to provide end-to-end property management solutions, coupled with cleaning and facility services, while maintaining a high level of flexibility to cater to the unique requirements of every client.

About the role:

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in Admin/Office buildings, Staff rooms, Control Centre, Kiosks and Pavillions (monthly basis) . This role involves following a set schedule, regularly updating your supervisor on your progress. The position requires work Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

- A valid driver’s license and access to their own vehicle, as travel between locations may be necessary.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Australia.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Punctual and reliable,



with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to report progress and respond to requests.

Responsibilities:

- Perform office cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize toilets.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish.
- Maintain cleanliness the setting.
- Respond to both scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning requests.

Requirements for the Role:

- Right to Work in Australia: Must have legal authorization to work in Australia.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Reliability: Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work independently.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills to report progress and respond to requests.
- Full NSW Driver's Licence
