About the Role

As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad range of primary healthcare services.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and management
- Health assessments
- Chronic disease management




- Care planning and patient education
- Triage and treatment room support
- Cold chain management and infection control
- Recalls, reminders and clinical administration
- Supporting accreditation and quality improvement activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Previous experience in a General Practice setting (Desirable)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care
- Full Australian working rights
