About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Multisports Coach to deliver fun, engaging, and development-focused sport sessions for children aged 2–5 years.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, understands early childhood development, and can turn sport into a positive first experience. You’ll deliver a structured 10-week program across multiple sports, focusing on movement, confidence, coordination, and FUN.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver age-appropriate, engaging sessions in soccer, athletics, NRL, tennis, and basketball
- Run fun warm-up games, skill-based activities, and sport-specific mini-games
- Create a protected, inclusive,



and supportive environment for all children
- Positively communicate with children and parents before, during, and after sessions
- Set up and pack away equipment efficiently
- Represent the organisation with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Monitor participation and provide feedback to supervisors when required

Essential Requirements

- Valid Driver’s Licence
- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and safely manage small groups

Program Structure

Each 10-week program includes:

- Weekly 30–45 minute sessions
- Warm-up games
- Fundamental skill development
- Sport-specific mini-games
- Focus on fun, movement, coordination, and confidence building

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
