We are seeking a dedicated, motivated Chef de Partie to join our pizza section. The role is full-time, including three days off a week
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your own section and ensuring high standards of preparation and service. You’ll work under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, supporting the smooth operation of the service and assisting team members. Experience in pizza is essential.
The position is full-time. 38 - 45 hours per week
Three-day weekend. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are all days off. Sunday night off.
- Thursday 10am - 9pm
- Friday 10pm - 9pm
- Saturday 9am - 9pm
- Sunday 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to specification and quality standards.
- Manage mise en place and stock for your section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your area.
- Assist with menu development and specials when required.
- Train and support junior staff and apprentices.
- Follow food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
About You
- Previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Passion for Italian food and produce
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to high standards of hygiene and safety.
