We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Café Supervisor to join our team and take a leading role in the daily operations of the Café & Kiosk.

About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee front-of-house operations throughout the week, including weekends. You will be responsible for supporting staff, upholding service standards, and maintaining a positive, motivated workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front-of-house café operations.
- Lead, support, and motivate the team.
- Deliver warm, effective, and consistent customer service.
- Manage opening and closing procedures for both the Café and Kiosk.
- Assist with training and onboarding recent team members.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
- Handle POS operations, cash management,



and basic troubleshooting of inhouse systems
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, barista, and management staff.
- Help drive service efficiency and operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a café supervisor or senior all-rounder
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
- A hands-on leader with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends and Public holidays.
- Understanding of the Restaurant Industry Award (advantage but not essential).
