OPERATORS WANTED — Profiling & Stabilising | Experienced & Trainee
RECivil is looking for operators to join our profiling and stabilising crew. We work across regional Victoria on road rehab, pavement stabilisation, and civil construction projects for councils and government clients.
Experienced Operators
- Profiling machine and/or stabiliser experience preferred
- Competitive rates based on experience
- Steady work across regional Vic
Trainee Operators
- No experience necessary — just a solid work ethic and willingness to learn
- Full training provided on-site by experienced operators
- Genuine pathway to becoming a fully ticketed operator
- Outstanding opportunity to get into the civil construction industry
*MR licence or higher will be highly regarded
