Support Worker – Make a Real Difference

Looking for meaningful, flexible work close to home? We're seeking a caring, reliable Support Worker in the Sutherland area to help local participants live independently and get the most out of everyday life.

What you'll be doing:

- Working independently — close to home, less time commuting, more time making an impact
- Providing personal care support, including assistance with showering, delivered with dignity and respect
- Helping out with light domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking, tailored to what's needed
- Supporting community access — think shopping trips, the gym, recreational outings, and transport — helping your participant stay active, connected, and engaged with life

Essential:

- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.
- A genuine interest in improving the lives of those you care for

Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $70.00 per hour
