Mecha Pty Ltd is looking for a hands-on Inventory & Procurement Coordinator to keep our workshop and site teams supplied, organised and ready for work.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be working across the stores and workshop, receiving and issuing stock, purchasing materials, preparing tools and equipment for site mobilisation, coordinating fleet requirements, and maintaining operational compliance registers.

What you will be doing

- Receive, store and issue stock and materials.
- Purchase goods and coordinate supplier deliveries. Prepare, dispatch and return toolboxes, gang boxes and site equipment.
- Coordinate tools, fleet and operational compliance registers.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient stores workplace.

About you

- Experience in stores, inventory, procurement or a similar hands-on role.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
